About

Dr. Ravinder Singh, MD, MBA, MHCM, FRCSC, FACS, CPLC

President's Welcome

The Ontario Association of General Surgeons was established to promote the interests of all general surgeons within Ontario, whether they practice in a major urban area or a rural/remote community.  We endeavour to fulfill this goal with strong representation in the poltical arena of the OMA and advising in the best interests of our members.  We also endeavour to fulfill this goal by establishing a relevant education meeting.  Our annual meeting, now entering our 30th year, has always been a venue to bring practical, useful and up to date knowledge to our members, as well as keeping them informed of the political situation and negotiations.  This year will be no different, as the organizing committee has assembled an excellent variety of speakers, whom you will not want to miss!  I look forward to seeing you there.

Dr. Ravinder Singh, OAGS President, is on staff at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, Assistant Professor, General Surgery, NOSM.
