How to register

DAY 1 EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Extended to Nov.8
Since users are still acclimating to the new platform, the OAGS will not charge a late fee .  Registration is still required for name tag and catering purposes.  Morning registration is very busy and you might have to wait to register on site.

DAY 1 & 2 Registration - All current OAGS members, new members and NON-members wanting to attend the 2025 OAGS Surgical Symposium on Saturday, November 8, 2025 weekend (including the CAGS Polypectomy Course) MUST register here.  (Scroll down to see Day 1&2 events.) 

NON OAGS MEMBERS: You DO NOT need to be an OAGS member to register for the OAGS Surgical Symposium (Day 1) or the CAGS Polypectomy Course (Day 2). 

OAGS MEMBERS: After PAID DUES, OAGS Members will receive 100% DISCOUNT for Day 1 UPON FINAL REGISTRATION CHECKOUT. 

NOTE:  CURRENT MEMBERS should review your account through the OAGS MEMBER PORTAL to check your membership and event registration status in order to receive discounts at checkout.  If you did not pay your dues within the last 2 fiscal years, you will not have an account on this Member Portal and will be considered a NEW Member. If you were a member within the last 2 years, the Member Portal will recognize the email we have on file for you and you will be able to access the portal.  If your dues are paid for this fiscal, the system will recognize that also and DISCOUNT your Symposium Registration Fee ONLY upon final checkout - just before you enter your credit card details.   (This does not include the CAGS course).  If you want to join as a New Member/pay dues for the current fiscal and register for the meeting, you can do everything all at once by clicking the button below.  The discount will work before the checkout.  (OAGS Member category definitions.)  NOTE: New members will be placed on hold for 24hrs until license to practice is confirmed prior to Member Portal approval.  If you experience any problems, please contact the OAGS office.
