How To Register: Symposium, Webinar Series & Other Events
SPECIAL NOTE: SURGICAL SYMPOSIUM EARLY BIRD RATE DEADLINE HAS NOW EXPIRED
Registration Is Still Open! – All current OAGS members, new members and NON-members wanting to attend the 2026 OAGS Surgical Symposium on Saturday, November 7, 2026 weekend MUST register for name tag and catering purposes. Scroll down for fee schedule. Registrants for any event will receive an email confirmation. Symposium registrants will receive a link to the event app closer to the event.
- OAGS Members: CURRENT MEMBERS in good standing will receive discounts before final checkout. If uncertain of your membership status or whether you pre-registered, login to the OAGS MEMBER PORTAL. (NOTE: New members will be placed on hold for 24hrs until license to practice is confirmed prior to Member Portal approval.
- Non-OAGS Members: You DO NOT need to be an OAGS member to register for the OAGS Surgical Symposium. However, other events may be restricted to members only.
- Shangri-La Reception registration has reached its limit and is now closed. Check back in case there are cancellations or increased cap.

Non-OAGS Member Surgeon: $500
Non-OAGS Member Res/Fellow: $100
Non-OAGS Member Physician Assistant: $250
*A Late Fee ($100) will be applied to all registration fees (member and non-member) after the early bird deadline. Meals are included.
